https://www.talentspire.com ("the Site"), is an online testing and education service which carries out assessment of subscribers and provide guidance and analysis of their performance. A poor score in such assessment is not meant to discourage the Subscriber or indicative of the results that the Subscriber is likely to achieve in any Examination, oral or written, in which the Subscriber may subsequently appear, nor does a high score necessarily guarantee success in such subsequent examinations. Though utmost precautions are taken, Talentspire LLP offers no warranty that the contents of the Site are free from viruses or any other infection, which has contaminating or destructive properties. Talentspire LLP may, at its sole discretion, change the Fee Structure at any time without prior intimation. The prices, relevant levies and other charges / schemes of scholarships / discounts given can be changed anytime without prior notice. Add-ons to the Fees, such as but not limited to, taxes, duties or other levies are payable by recipients of subscription service as per the governing laws of India or foreign countries. Talentspire LLP reserves the right to modify, add, delete and/or change the contents and classification and presentation of the information / content at any time as it may in its absolute discretion find to be expedient, and without giving any notice. It is the user's responsibility to refer to the currently prevalent terms and/or any change or addition to the same while accessing the Site.

Talentspire LLP does not guarantee that tests will look exactly the same as available on the testing system of the CBSE, JEE or any other exam. For all institutional clients, it becomes the School or Coaching Institutes’ responsibility to make the students aware of this. Talentspire LLP does not take any responsibility of any dissatisfaction or concern shown by student(s) regarding the matching standards of the tests.
You agree not to use the site, the Services or the Company Content to recruit, solicit, or contact in any form subject experts, tutors or potential Consumers for employment or contracting for a business not affiliated with us without our advance written permission.
Any violation of this code of conduct will not be tolerated and shall attract prompt and punitive disciplinary action up to and including termination of usage rights as well as legal action. In the event of termination, users found in violation of the code of conduct will not receive any credit or payment or refund from Talentspire.
Without limiting Talentspire LLP other remedies, to the extent you are in violation of this code of conduct, you must pay Talentspire LLP for all fees owed to us and reimburse us for all losses and costs (including any and all Talentspire LLP employee time) and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) related to investigating such breach and collecting such fees. In the event of termination, you will have no claim whatsoever against Talentspire LLP in respect of any such suspension or termination of your membership.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, employees, licensors, representatives and third party providers (including our affiliates' respective officers, directors, agents, partners, employees, licensors, representatives, and third party providers), from and against all losses, expenses, damages, costs, claims and demands, including reasonable attorney's fees and related costs and expenses, due to or arising out of any User Content you submit, post to, email, or otherwise transmit to us or through the Services, your use of the Services, the Company Content or any portion thereof, your connection to the Services, or your breach of these Terms.
No refunds. You may cancel your account with Talentspire anytime but you won't be issued a refund. Please reach out to us through our Contact Us page in case of any questions / clarification.

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We / Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI- DSS) when processing payment.
